Our tariff
Our tariffs are in Euros, based on the daily rate to include bath and tea towels, bedding and table linen, laundry and end clean, free w-lan. Free undercover garage parking directly at our house and free ski and boot storage at the Galzig cable car station. Local taxes of Euro 3,00 per person/day are not included.
We have a no smoking policy in our apartments, however you may of course smoke on the balcony.
CANCELLATIONS
90 – 30 days befor arrival a fee of 40% of accommodation will be charged. For cancellations 30 – 7 days befor arrival a fee of 70% of accommodation will be charged. For cancellations 7 – 1 days befor arrival a fee of 90% will be charged. In the case of cancellation outside the 90 days, a processing fee of 100 Euro will be charged on refunds. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked period will be charged.
COVID-19 In the case of a Lock Down, if Austrian borders be closed, local authorities close the house, if the ski area are shut down due COVID-19, you can either convert your down payment into a voucher that you can redeem at any other future time, or we will pay you back the entire amount paid. TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend to make a European Travel Insurance: Europäische Stornoversicherung. Taking out comprehensive travel insurance is particularly recommended for the coming winter. One option is the “European Travel Insurance”, which currently covers Covid-19 diseases like any other unexpected serious illness.
